The Day Planner displays all of your scheduled activities in WelcomeHome. Time-specific activities, such as tours, appear in the Day Planner Calendar, while non-time-sensitive activities, like emails, calls, and texts, appear in the Scheduled Activities section.
The Day Planner is also where you'll find your "Unknown Inbound Calls" and "New Prospects" that you can review, accept ,or reject. Under "Scheduled Activities," you'll be able to complete those within WelcomeHome as long as you have your integrated email and phone set up in the profile. Once completed, you'll be able to log them as complete and schedule a next activity for that lead.
