Note: Some of these features are only available for operators in one-party consent states that are able to use our Review Call feature. For two-party consent states, only inbound calls can be recorded.
WelcomeHome's Review Call feature can provide a summary of the conversation, as well as a talk ratio metric to help you better understand and measure the quality of your calls with prospects.
Call Summarization
This feature will help you quickly review and understand the context of your previous calls. You will find this in the transcript when you click Review Call for any completed calls placed through WelcomeHome. You will not see this for any calls you make outside of WelcomeHome and log later on.
Talk Ratio
The talk ratio feature will allow you to see how much time you are talking vs. listening on a call. This is a good way to check the quality of the conversation and ensure that you are having a steady flow of conversation with your lead. This will appear at the bottom of the Review Call page, with blue indicating when you are speaking and gray indicating when you are listening. If you click on a blue or gray section, you will jump to that part of the transcript.
