If you are sending a bulk email but want it to be logged as a different activity type OTHER than Email, you can easily do this through WelcomeHome.
Examples of activity types for bulk emails include: Salesmail, Email Blitz, Video Message, One Day Videos, etc..
First, click send a bulk email from the bulk actions drop down and select your recipients as you normally would when you send a bulk email. Click "Next" when you have filtered your recipients.
From the Edit Message stage, you will be able to select the activity type from the Activity Type drop down. (See Salesmail in this example) Type your message and include any attachments or templates as you normally would.
Lastly, review your message and click "Send." Your email will be recorded with the activity type that you selected in the Edit Message stage.
Note: Activity Types for bulk emails must be setup through WelcomeHome Agents, please contact Support or your Client Success Manager to get activity types set up for your community!
