After a prospect moves in, WelcomeHome users can still contact the resident or their family!
Start in the Residents section under the Occupancy tab:
Find the desired resident using the search bar:
Under the resident's name and the unit, there is a link in blue that reads "View Prospect Profile".
Click this link to switch to their Prospect profile. You can always navigate between a Resident's Prospect profile and Resident profile.
Navigate to the Activities tab of the Prospect profile. From here, the user will be able to schedule an email activity with the resident or influencers/primary contacts.
Click the green "Add Activity" box and then select "Schedule an activity".
In the "People" field, select the resident or any members of the resident's family in the drop-down.
Click the blue "Add" button to add the activity to the Day Planner. The scheduled activity will then appear on the Day Planner on the date scheduled. The email can then be completed as a normal email activity.
