You can change the due date of a scheduled activity in a couple of ways:
Snooze
On the Day Planner, there is a snooze button, in the shape of a yellow bell, within each activity.
Once the snooze button is clicked, you can choose how long you would like to snooze the activity. Click "Snooze" and the activity due date will be updated.
*Note: some operators may choose to turn this feature off. If you do not see this icon, your company has turned off this option.
Edit From Day Planner
You can edit the activity directly from your day planner. Click the gray dots to the right of the activity and then click "Edit". You'll be taken to the activity where you can adjust the due date. Click "Save".
Edit From Prospect/Referrer Profile
You can also edit the activity from the Prospect/Referrer profile. Navigate to the "Activities" section within the Prospect or Referrer. Click the pencil icon in the top right corner of the activity to edit. You'll be taken to the activity where you can adjust the due date. Click "Save".
