The Day Planner tab in WelcomeHome gives users the ability to track activities.
It's important to track your activity in WelcomeHome. If you're having issues with completed calls not showing as "complete", here are some tips!
WelcomeHome makes a distinction between "attempted" and "completed calls".
A call is considered "complete", if the call is over 3 minutes and is marked "Completed."
A call is considered "attempted", if the call if less than 3 minutes or if the call was not answered.
Sometimes, you will have a short, completed call. Perhaps the prospect has passed away, or they are not currently looking for a new community.
If this is the case, you might not talk for the 3 minutes that triggers the "completed" action. If this happens, you can click the green "Mark Complete" button under the activity after hanging up to:
1. Mark the call action as completed
2. Add notes about your call
This will mark the call as completed, and log towards your call goal wherever you track your activities!
*NOTE: If your call is under 3 minutes, this modal will appear and you will be able to select if you were able to connect or if you left a message in the call modal. You can always go back into the activity and edit the result of the call described above as well.
