In an ideal world, every scheduled email or call activity on your Day Planner would include the orange buttons allowing you to "Send email" and "Call now" directly from your Day Planner, as pictured below. There are a few different reasons as to why these buttons aren't showing up.


Check Prospect Profile
Within the Prospect profile, there are a couple things to that could be responsible for a greyed out "Call Now" or "Email Now" button.
- Make sure there is a valid email or phone number provided for the person you wish to contact within WelcomeHome.

- If there is an email and/or phone number, just below that initial section there are toggles labeled "Do not call", "Do not text", "Do not email", and "Do not mail". If any one of these are toggled on, you will be unable to contact a prospect or influencer via that method per their preference and must contact them another way.

Check Activity
In order for you to be able to call or email from a scheduled activity, you have to make sure a person with an email or number attached to them is selected. Sometimes, activities are attached to a prospect profile without the specificity of who exactly will be participating in the activity. To fix this, ensure that an activity always has a person attached to it.

Check Your Profile
If everything above was checked and fixed and you're still unable to click "Call Now" or "Email Now", check your own Profile and make sure the email or phone number you provided for yourself is valid and free of typos.
