What is a provisioned phone number?
It is a registered, already activated, and maintained number assigned to a specific phone line(s) and extensions that are used to route incoming calls.
WelcomeHome provisions a phone number for every community. This is the number that is used when you make a call through WelcomeHome.
What happens if someone calls a provisioned number back?
If a prospect calls that number back, it will ring directly to the community line or whatever number was selected by your leadership. This is done so that multiple salespeople can use the same number to call and keep callbacks consistent.
There will be an alert that flashes on your screen letting you know who is calling back, but you will not be able to answer the call from your screen in WelcomeHome. However, the call will go to your community line, and your receptionist can direct the incoming calls to the correct salesperson!
