When you click "add an activity" in WelcomeHome, you will be asked to select whether you'd like to log the activity or schedule the activity. What's the difference?
Logging an Activity:
Choose "Log" when you want to add an activity that you have already completed.
The default result will be "Completed"- but make sure to update this if you are adding an activity that had a different result (such as a call activity where you left a voicemail).
Scheduling an Activity:
Choose "Schedule" when adding an activity that you would like to complete in the future.
When scheduling an activity, it is important to select the "People" for the activity, so the system knows who you want to call/email/etc.
