Referrers in WelcomeHome are treated just like prospects. They can be scored and have activities associated with them. It's best practice to make sure you always have some activity scheduled with a referrer -- even if it's far in the future -- just to maintain that connection for future business.
On the referrer's profile, you'll be able to see information about their organization, contact information and any active referrals associated with them. Their activities will be centralized here as well so you can always go back and review past communications to determine next steps. The sales counselor will be listed to the right of the referrer stage, and a map will auto-populate if the referrer has an address in their contact information to easily see where they are located!
