Under the Referrers tab in WelcomeHome, you have two sub-options: Referrers and Organizations.
Organization
The Organizations tab is where you will find a list of all of the professional referral organizations that your community works with.
- You can add new Organizations
- Edit details on existing Organizations
- Delete Organizations as needed from this tab
Referrer
The Referrers tab is where you will find a list of all of the individuals and actual points of contact within the referral Organizations.
When adding new Referrers to WelcomeHome, the Organization that the Referrer belongs to must exist in the system first. Once you have added an Organization, you can add any and all Referrer contacts you have into WelcomeHome.
*Note: From the Referral tab you'll also be able to edit existing Referrals and close or delete them much like with Organizations.
Lead Sources and Referrers
One thing to keep in mind is that on a prospect profile, the primary/secondary lead source and primary/secondary referrer fields are linked. When selecting a lead source, you can only select referrers tied to an organization with that type of lead source. Conversely if you select a referrer first, the lead source field will auto-populate with that organization's lead source.
