It is common for Referrers to exist in multiple communities within WelcomeHome as they are sending leads across communities. Especially your referrers from A Place for Mom and Caring.com.
This means that the Referrers email address will exist within multiple databases. If a Referrer responds to an email, the system might not know exactly which community profile to match it with.
If you come across an email that is meant for another community, you have the ability to transfer the thread to the correct community. This will only show you the option if the referrer exists in another multiple community.
Follow the steps below:
1. Click 'View Email'
2. At the bottom left hand corner click the button that says, 'Move to another record?'
3. Click 'Select a record' and a drop down will appear with the available transfer options.
