To add a new referrer to your referrer database in WelcomeHome, navigate to the "Referrers" section on the left side of your screen.
1. Click "Add a new Referrer" in the top right corner.
2. Add the referrer's First Name & Last Name, select the organization from your dropdown, fill out the required fields and add any additional information. Alternatively, you can also click Scan Business Card and have these fields auto-populate with that information.
Then click "Add". WelcomeHome will screen the referrer to see if there are any duplicates and notify you if they already exist in your community or another one under your operator. If a duplicate exists, you'll be able to use the one already in your system or copy the information over from another community into yours. If there are no duplicates, WelcomeHome will add the new referrer.
