If you have a Referrer or an Organization that you no longer work with or want to remove from WelcomeHome, you are able to Delete the Organization as well as Close or Delete a specific Referrer. Deleting an Organization will remove all Referrers associated with the Organization from the system as well as any historical data associated with them. You are able to Close a Referrer and keep any historical data as well.
How to Delete an Organization:
1. Click the Referrers tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
From the sub-menu, select “Organizations”.
2. Click the name of the Organization you’d like to close. From the "Organization Profile" click on “Organization Settings” on the bottom left-side of the screen.
3. When clicked, you will see a red button giving you the option to “Delete Organization” on the right-hand side of the screen. Click this button to delete the Organization, along with all Referrers listed under the Organization. This will remove any historical data for the Organization and Referrers listed in the Organization.
You also have the ability to close a specific Referrer under an Organization, while keeping the overarching Organization open.
How to close/delete a Referrer:
1. Click the Referrers tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
From the sub-menu, select “Referrers”.
2. Click the name of the Referrer and go into their referrer profile.
3. To close the Referrer, go to the Summary page and select "Close." Closing the referrer will keep any historical activities and information for the referrer.
4. To delete the Referrer, click on Referrer Settings on the bottom left side of the screen.
3. Click the red "Delete Referrer" button. If you choose to "Delete Referrer" this will remove any historical data for this referrer.
