If a referrer is sending referrals to more than one community, sharing is a great way to add referrer profiles to other communities within your organization.
**Note: An admin would need to reach out to their customer success manager to enable this ability.
Once this feature is turned on for the account, follow the steps below to share referrers with your sister communities!
1. Start by finding the referrer that you want to share:
You are able to remove this referrer from this community by clicking "Remove from community" to no longer see the referrer or any of their associated activities.
2. Navigate to Referrer Settings:
3. Choose which communities need access to this referrer. It will look similar to this:
Any other community you share with will receive a copy of the referrer which will include contact information, referrer stage, and the organization.
**Any community in which the referrer is shared will have complete visibility into the referrer profile along with activities recorded by other communities.
4. After sharing, the referrer profile will appear in the new community along with the activities associated with this referrer. You are able to view these activities by "Only My Activities" or "Include Shared Activities." The community with the associated activity will be listed at the top of the activity itself:
