To help users better understand where they are in their relationship with a referrer, referrers will now have their own stages. All stages besides closed will auto-advance as activities are logged.
The referrer stages are:
- New - A referrer will move to the new stage once a new referrer is created.
- Early Engagement - A referrer will move to the early engagement stage when an activity is completed within the referrer.
- First Referral - A referrer will move to this stage once a first referral is made.
- Repeat Referrals - A referrer will move to this stage once a second referral is made.
-
Closed - Closed referrers who have never made a referral will be considered a “Never Active” closed referrer; referrers who have made a referral will be considered a “Former Active” closed referrer.
- Former Active: If a referrer reached "First Referral" or the "Repeat Referrals" stage, they will be classified as "Former Active" when closed.
-
Never Active: If a referrer never advanced beyond "new" or never made any referrals, they will be classified as "Never Active" when closed.
- Former Active: If a referrer reached "First Referral" or the "Repeat Referrals" stage, they will be classified as "Former Active" when closed.
