WelcomeHome allows for users to reopen a closed organization or referrer. If you have a Referral Organization or Referrer that you previously closed that needs to be reopened, you can follow the steps below to reopen.
1. Navigate to the Referrer tab on the left-hand side of the screen. From the submenu select Referrers or Organizations depending on which one will need to be reopened.
*Note: Opening an Organization first will reopen the associated Referrers.
2. Navigate to the "More" drop-down at the top right of your screen. Click the checkbox "Show Closed?".
3. Click into the closed Referrer or Organization profile that you are trying to reopen. Navigate to "Referrer Settings" (or if on referrers Referral Settings). Click the red "Reopen Referrer" button.
