When your prospects move into your community, a resident profile will be created. Any resident-related actions, like moving or transferring to a different unit, will be done in this profile. The resident profile is linked to the prospect profile, so you can quickly hop between the two as needed. The prospect status will stay at the Moved In stage once they become a resident, even if they eventually move out. Different indicators will be shown on the resident profile to show if they are a Future, Current, On Notice or Prior resident.
From the Resident profile, you'll get to see their unit, status and stay type information. You'll also be able to view and edit their housing contracts. The information you can edit on the contracts will vary based on your operator's permission settings for users, but you can always reach out to WelcomeHome Support if you need help making edits to the contract.
If you use an EMR that's integrated with WelcomeHome, it's important to note that once you sync the individual with that EMR, all future changes need to be made within the EMR. That is the source of truth as soon as the resident is synced. If WelcomeHome doesn't match the EMR, any changes made in WelcomeHome will revert back to match what is in the EMR. Once you update the resident in the EMR, all those changes will push over to WelcomeHome during the scheduled sync.
You can also view your residents on the Occupancy Board. From there, you can filter the view by different criteria like Status, Floor Plan and Care Type. You can view your occupancy summary -- total number of units, units occupied, residents, vacant units, on notice and off census -- and you can apply additional filters to show residents based on their status, care type, risk level, and privacy level.
