If you have a prior resident that is looking to move back into your community, you may want to count them as a new sale and have them go through your sales stages again. To do this, you can do the following:
- Create a new prospect profile for the individual. You can reference their existing one to copy over any information needed.
- When you get to the duplicate checker, go ahead and create the profile anyway by clicking Continue.
- Once the profile is created, go ahead and enter in the move-in information for the resident. This will let them jump ahead to the Moved In stage and count as a new sale and stage advance on your reports.
