Under the Communication tab in Reports, WelcomeHome offers a report where you can view all of your community's bulk email performance metrics in one place. This report is great for viewing the success of all of the bulk emails within your community (all communities for admins).
The Bulk Emails: This report shows the following information:
- How many bulk emails were sent
- The percentage (%) of those bulk emails that were opened
- The percentage (%) of those bulk emails that had clickable links that were clicked
- Each individual bulk email (Clickable)
*Note: You can filter this report by Community, record type, date, from (sender), and show abandoned bulk emails (More filter).
You can click on each individual bulk email that was sent to view further details. See the example below:
On the "Summary" tab of the individual bulk email, you can see:
- From whom the email was sent
- The date and time the email was sent
- The text body of the email
- At-a-glance metrics under the Email list
If the email has yet to go out, you may edit or remove it here as well!
On the "Email List" tab of the individual bulk email you can:
- View a list of all the prospects that received the bulk email
- Whether it was sent, opened, clicked
- More Filter: view by Sent, Opened, and Clicked
- Send follow-up emails to recipients of older bulk emails using the "Bulk Actions" button (e.g., Send a follow-up event invitation for people who didn't click the email)
