The Automation Efficacy report will be helpful when looking for information on how prospects are responding to completed automated activities. Once an automated message has been sent, you are able to see the number of prospects with at least one response, the total number of responses, and any outcomes within the selected date range after the automated message was sent.
This report shows the following information:
- Any call, email, or text within a specific time frame after the automated activity occurred.
- Unique Responses: The number of prospects with at least one response following the receipt of an automated message, this will only count once per profile.
- Total Responses: The number of responses sent following the receipt of an automated message. One recipient may account for multiple responses.
- Outcomes: Break down the unique number of outcomes by a message recipient. See how many prospects have toured, stage advanced, moved in, were closed or unsubscribed from email or text within the specific time frame set since the automated message was sent (i.e. if one prospect advances 3 stages after the automated message, this is just 1 outcome of stage advance.)
This report can be filtered by community and date.
There are additional options specific to the report in "Time Since Message:” which allows you to select the amount of days after the automated message was sent and “By:” which allows you to filter by the automation, message type, or both.
