The report includes the core event metrics you already know, such as:
Invites sent
Messages delivered
Responses received
In addition, several new metrics provide deeper insight into event effectiveness:
Accepted to Attended Conversion
See how many prospects said they would attend but did not. This helps identify gaps between intent and attendance and can inform future event planning, messaging, and follow-up strategies.
Prospect Outcomes
Understand what happens after the event. Track whether attending prospects:
Scheduled or completed a tour
Moved in
Were closed or otherwise advanced in the funnel
Track Progress Over Time
Similar to the Automation Efficacy report, Event Efficacy includes a Time Since Event filter. This allows you to measure how long after an event a prospect advanced, giving you insight into event-driven momentum and conversion timelines.
