Pull this report when looking for general sales activity information. This is a summary of all monitored prospect activities, as opposed to the Activity vs Goal box on the Overview Board or the Referrer Activity Summary.
*Note: Every community and operator has built this report a little differently.
Sales Activity Summary:
By default, this report pulls the current month’s data over the entire date range. Use the filters at the top to pull a different date range or to see the data week over week, month over month, quarter over quarter, year over year, etc. Additionally, you may group By: Community or By: Sales Counselor. You can apply just one of these groupings, or multi-select.
There are additional options specific to the report in "More Filters" and columns can be added/rearranged from "Edit Columns."
- New inquiries & worked inquiries (NOTE: these are not necessarily unique entries. It is possible that more than one salesperson interacted with a lead, in which case they would both have that lead under their name.)
- Number of attempted and completed calls
- Number of Emails, Gifts, and other sales activities
- Number of face-to-face activities
- Outcomes (reservation fees, gross move-ins, net move-ins)
To show all of the available columns, or to pick and choose specific columns to show, click . Below is a list of all available activities you could get a summary of by going to the "Result Shown" column and picking "Display"/"Do Not Display".
Some Activity Type/Stage will give you the option of "Do Not Display", [Display] "Successful", "Initial", "Repeat", and more. You'll have better control over when and how these activity summaries are displayed. You can select any and all of these to show as separate columns on the report.
If you need to toggle "Do Not Display" on an activity type shown, click the drop-down button and de-select all the display options. "Do Not Display" will autofill in the selection instead.
If you want to just see activities related to your new inquiries over the date range, you can click More Filters and select Only New Inquiry Activities under the All vs New Inquiry dropdown.
*NOTE: Reports are now fully customizable and can be edited, formatted, and saved as additional reports within the Standard Reports tab. See the Customized Reports ARTICLE and VIDEO for in-depth instruction. The selected community/communities and date ranges will remain unchanged or "sticky" when you leave and return to the page for all Standard Reports.
*Note: Some reports now include a "Heatmap" dropdown option, which allows you to highlight specific columns that automatically color-code them from either best-to-worst or worst-to-best; green being the best and red being the worst.
