Pull this report when you are looking for information regarding prospect progress through the pipeline and conversion ratios by Lead Source or Close Reason. This report analyzes prospect stage advancement from inquiry to tour, deposit, and move-in.
Sales Funnel Ratio Analysis: This report shows the following information:
- Number of prospects from a lead source
- Number of open prospects that have not advanced to Inquiry by close reason
- Number of closed prospects that have not advanced to Inquiry by close reason
- Percentage of prospects not advanced by close reason
- Number of open prospects that have not advanced to Inquiry by Lead Source
- Number of closed prospects that have not advanced to Inquiry by Lead Source
- Percentage of prospects not advanced by Lead Source


*Note: Click on the prospect numbers to see pre-filtered lists of those particular prospects

By default, this report pulls the current month’s data and data from all Users (Sales Counselors). Use the settings at the top to filter by Users, Stage, and so much more.

*Note: The sales funnel does not show prospects that are currently in that particular stage, but prospects who are in that stage/have been in that stage over the selected time period.
In addition to all of the filtration options above, under the more filters tab you'll also be able to filter by:
