Pull this report when you want information about units, residents, and occupancy.
Rent Roll: This report shows the following information:
- Unit number & Square footage & Status
- Floor Plan
- Care Type & Stay Type
- Resident, Move-in, Move-out, Leased On/Canceled On
- Days occupied/vacant
- Ready/At Risk
- Privacy Level
- Market & Monthly rate
- Level of care
Key information about specific columns:
- Status column: Indicates whether the unit is occupied, vacant, or on notice (meaning the current resident has a move-out date scheduled).
- Ready/At Risk column:
- Ready: The unit is ready to be rented/occupied
- At Risk: The resident occupying the unit is at risk of moving out or leaving
- Ok: The unit is occupied, and the resident is okay.
- Occupancy column:
- For a unit with the capacity for one resident: 1 occupancy point
- For a unit with the capacity for two residents:
0.5 occupancy points for each resident to create 1 full point if the unit is full.
This report can be filtered by community or date; however, there are additional options specific to the report in "More Filters" and columns can be added/rearranged from "Edit Columns."
