Pull this report when you are looking for information about the amount of time it takes for prospects to progress through the stages.
Dwell Time: This report shows the following information:
- Stages
- The number of days the prospect spent in a stage
- Total number of prospects that were in a certain stage for a certain time period
** You'll see colors on this report indicating whether leads are moving through at the right speed or if they are lingering too long in a particular stage.
- Green: The leads are in the stage for less than or within the recommended dwell time. This means leads are moving through at a good pace.
- Red: The leads are in the stage longer than the recommended dwell time. This means leads are held up and may need to be targeted to push them through the sales stages.
- Black: This color indicates what the recommended dwell time period is for a particular stage. Each stage (row) will have one data point in black indicating what the recommended dwell time is (column header).
