Pull this report when you want information about occupancy percentage and number of occupied units for the selected date range
Here, it is showing the data for June 2023 - December 2023:
Occupancy Month over Month: This report shows the following information:
- Community
- Percentage of occupied units
- The net change in occupancy percentage over the selected period of time
Use the filters across the top of the report page to filter by community or date. There are additional options specific to the report in "More Filters."
Under the "More Filters" tab you'll also be able to filter by:
