Setting up your Profile in WelcomeHome:
In order to make and receive calls through WelcomeHome, you must have a number on your profile for the calls to host. We recommend adding your cell phone number, as well as a work number to your profile. Note that this has to be a direct line - no extensions here.
Below is an article that has more information on how to set up your profile.

Making a Call in WelcomeHome:
There are a couple places you can easily make a call in WelcomeHome:
1. From the Day Planner:
-
-
-
- If you go to the Day Planner, you should be able to see your scheduled activities on the far-right side of the screen.
- Any scheduled call will have the Prospect's name, the number of days away from the due date, the ability to mark the activity complete, and the ability to "Call Now".
- If you click on "Call Now", you will be able to make a call with the number(s) you provided in your profile. (If you find that the "Call Now" button is grayed out, check to make sure the Prospect has a phone number associated with them.)

What if a Prospect Calls Your WelcomeHome Number Back?
-
-
- If a prospect calls that number back, it will ring directly to the community line. This is done so that multiple salespeople can use the same number to call and keep call backs consistent.

If You're Still Having Issues with Calls Being Received, Try This:
-
-
- Due to the nature of provision numbers, it is possible that the WelcomeHome phone number provisioned could be on the recipient's block list. If it is there be sure to remove it and then try the call again. Here is an article on making sure your provisioned number is registered!
-
- As an extra precaution, make sure the phone making the call is working properly. The best way to check this is to try to make calls with it outside of WelcomeHome.
