WelcomeHome allows you to filter through your activities and see any inbound calls you might have missed.
1. Start by clicking "Activities" under the "Day Planner" section on the left-hand side of your screen.
2. Click "more" on the top right corner of your screen. This will allow you to filter your activity search:
Under "Record Type," make sure 'Prospect' and 'Referrer' are selected. Select 'Call' as the "Activity Type." Select the date range for which you would like to search for missed inbound calls in the "Completed Between" category. Finally, select 'Inbound' for the "Direction" category. The final filter should look like this:
Click "Search". You will now be able to see a list of all missed inbound calls that took place during your selected date range!
NOTE: If you want to further narrow your search to instances where they left a voicemail, or the call bounced you can do this by selecting for these things under "Activity Result".
*Any "Unknown inbound calls" will show up on your Day Planner. These numbers will show up here if you had an inbound call that is not tied to a prospect or referrer. Please click here for more information on Unknown inbound calls!*
