Signature
You’ll have two options when adding a signature: Simple or Advanced.
The "Simple" option allows you to type in your signature in plain text. Simply type in the signature you’d like to use.
The "Advanced" option is where your corporate email signature template will live. To add your corporate signature:
- Click the advanced option
- Select your corporate template from the dropdown
- Fill in the blanks with your information (name, position, etc.)
- Double-check your signature at the bottom
- Click Update

Integrated Email / Calendar
WelcomeHome has the ability to integrate with your Outlook or Google email and calendar.
The calendar integration is a two-way integration, meaning events on your Outlook/Google calendar will pull through to your Day Planner in WelcomeHome, and events added to your Day Planner in WelcomeHome will pull through to your Outlook/Google calendar.
Setting up the integration:
- Confirm the integrated email address is correct
- Click “Connect”
- You will be redirected to Outlook (Office 365 or Exchange) or Google and will be asked to log in using your email credentials
- If you are using Outlook, you will need to select between Office 365 and Exchange
- Password is your email password- not your WelcomeHome password
- For Google: you will need to allow nylas.com permission to access your account. Click “Allow”
- For Outlook: you will need to allow WelcomeHome permission to access your account. Click “Accept”.
- You will be redirected back to WelcomeHome and a green banner will appear at the top of your screen letting you know the email integration was successful.
Note* If you see the image below after clicking "Connect Now," press the "Back" button and reselect your email provider.
