The Rack and Stack Report is a fully customizable standard report that overviews important metrics and KPI's across the communities at your company. If you need help setting up this report, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) at WelcomeHome.
To find this report, click on the WelcomeHome house logo in the top left-hand corner of the window and click "View full rack and stack" at the bottom of your community list.
The Rack and Stack Report is broken up into 3 main Groups: Occupancy Drivers, Sales, and Marketing. You can filter by Community/Community Groups and Date Range at the top of the report, as well as sort by Best to Worst or Worst to Best.

Customizing/Editing the Rack and Stack Report
An Admin user can edit the the metrics included on this report from the "Rack and Stack Metrics" section within the Global Setup.
Add a new metric using the green "NEW RACK AND STACK METRIC" button.
Create a name for the metric and select which Group it will go under and the Calculation, which is directly related to a community's metric within WelcomeHome. Use the Position option to change the placement of the column within the report.
*Note: There may be additional options that appear depending on which Calculation you choose!
