Report visualizations allow you to visually see your data represented in diagrams and graphs instead of numerically in reports.
Currently, we offer Visualizations for Occupancy Report, Sales Funnel Analysis Report, MI/MO report and Sales Conversion.
For Occupancy, you can view a hybrid bar/line graph of your occupancy by Overall percentage and Care Type.
You can filter which care type(s) you want to see on the graph by clicking on the circle color.
You can also hover over the specific data points to see the percentages for that data
For Sales Funnel Ratio, you can view a bar graph of your sales stage ratios for a given time period.
You can filter by All Lead Sources or specific lead sources using from the top of the report.
You can also filter by the specific stages you want to the data to represent using the "From Stage" and "To Stage" filters.
The MI/MO visualization report will show your Move Ins and Move Outs during specific timeframes.
On the MI/MO visualization report, you will see move Ins in blue, move outs shown in red, and the teal line will show net move ins/move outs.
For the Sales Conversion report, you will see the ratio of Inquiries transitioned into a Tour, Inquiries transitioned into a Move In, and Tours transitioned into a Move In.
You can change the view as well on the Sales Conversion report. In the bottom right hand corner, you can click "Show Percent" for a graph based on percentage value or click "Show Count" for a numerical value.
As always, these reports can be customized by date range, by month or by community, by units and you can also use the other filters available.
Additionally, you can choose to remove move ins, move outs or the net move in/move outs, by clicking them on or off.
