You can manage what kind of notifications you receive via email or push alert from WelcomeHome in your Profile settings.
Click on your name in the top right corner of WelcomeHome. Select "Profile" from the menu that appears.
Once under your Profile settings, on the left hand side of the screen click into the "Notifications" tab.
Your notifications are further separated into section to allow for optimum customization; so, you can be specific about the manner in which you choose to receive different types of notifications in WelcomeHome.
From the "Community" tab you can first select whether or not you'd like to have your Day Planner's scheduled activities, new leads, new referrers and your Stand-Up board, emailed to you on a daily basis. If checked off, you will receive this email each morning, if unchecked you will not.
From the "Community" tab you'll also be able to be selective about which communities you receive notifications for if you're responsible for more than one community
Customizing Notification for Specific Sections
For this section, we'll be using the "Prospect" tab but for the most part all of the tabs will have the same format for notifications.
In the "Prospect" tab, you can manage what notifications you receive in relation to prospects. By default, your account will be set to receive both an email and push notification when a prospect in the system is created, updated, and deleted. You also have the option of turning on notifications for when a prospect is advanced, reassigned, and restored. Depending on your community you may be able to receive other notifications as well or have more or less tabs available.
To turn these notifications On/Off, start by clicking on the drop-down of the desired notification and selecting "None" for Off or "All" for On. You can also select the method in which you'd like to receive the notification under the "Channel" field by deselecting one or keeping both.
When you're done, press the blue "Update" button at the bottom of the page to save your Notification settings once you have made changes.
When setting up a Prospect Advanced notification, users can now select specific stages to receive notifications for, rather than receiving alerts for every stage advance. By default, users receive notifications for all stages.
Similarly, users have options under "For which advanced Prospects?" dropdown:
- Shared option allows users to receive notifications for prospects shared between communities.
- Followed and Shared - receive notifications for both followed prospects and shared prospects, without duplicate notifications when a prospect qualifies as both.
