If you have previously integrated your email and you see this banner at the top of your page, it means the integration has disconnected. You can click Reconnect Now to hop over to your Profile and re-integrate with WelcomeHome.
WelcomeHome allows you to set up an integration with your email provider (Outlook or Gmail). The email integration will allow you to send emails directly from WelcomeHome. Once sent through WelcomeHome, those emails will show up in your "Sent folder" within your email application.
The calendar integration is a two-way integration, meaning events on your Outlook/Gmail calendar will pull through to your Day Planner in WelcomeHome, and events added to your Day Planner in WelcomeHome will pull through to your Outlook/Gmail calendar.
Below are instructions on how to get this integration set up.
1. Navigate to your profile by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click "Profile"
3. Click on the Integrated Email / Calendar tab
Setting up the integration:
- Confirm the integrated email address is correct
- Click “Connect”
-
You will be redirected to choose your Email Provider (Microsoft 365, Outlook, Gmail, or others).
*Note If you are navigated to the page below, select the back button and proceed with reconnection steps as detailed above.

- Enter your email credentials (The password is your email password- not your WelcomeHome password)
- If after trying to Log in and don't receive an error message, skip to Step 6. If you receive this error (below):

- You will be redirected back to WelcomeHome and a green banner will appear at the top of your screen letting you know the integration was successful.
