What is SmartNumbers?
With SmartNumbers you can easily start conversion tracking your prospect's journey from inbound phone call all the way to move-in! This will help you better understand your marketing campaigns and how those are relating to your new inquiries.
SmartNumbers allows you to automatically analyze a call and identify a "qualified" lead through using operator defined keywords. All calls are automatically recorded and transcribed, then filtered into "qualified" and "unqualified" lists based on the keywords you decide are important.
With SmartNumbers, you have complete access to all audio recordings, searchable transcripts, and user defined SmartNumber lists to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the communication between prospect and your team.
How do I utilize SmartNumbers?
- When someone calls you through one of the SmartNumbers, you will be able to see those calls show up on the Day Planner under "Unknown Inbound Calls."
- You will be able to see if that call is "Qualified" based on the Qualified Keywords set up in your Account Settings.
- You can then choose from the following actions:
- Link the call to an Existing Prospect/Referrer OR Link it to a a New Prospect/Referrer
- Review the Call and listen to the inbound recording
- Call the Number back
- Mark the Call as Unqualified
- Dismiss the Call
What SmartNumbers reports are available?
SmartNumbers - will show you all of the campaigns set up and a number of statistics related to those calls.
- You can break the report down by:
- Campaign Name
- Community
- Lead Source
- This will give you a deep dive into stats like:
- Total # of Inbound Calls
- Total # of Qualified Calls
- Prospects Created based on Calls
- The % of Prospects created out of total Inbound Calls
- Initial Tours and Move Ins
- Conversion % of Prospect -> Tour and Prospect -> Move In
SmartNumbers Dashboard - will show you all of the qualified or unqualified leads and calls that have come in all time.
- You can filter by the following:
- Communities
- Lead Sources
- Date Range
- Whether the call was Qualified, Unqualified, Unknown or Transcribing
- In addition you can search for any campaign name, the caller’s name, or phone number
- You can also click the three dots for any call, and Link the Call, Call them back or Mark as Qualified or Unqualified.
