A Draft status will occur on a prospect when the prospect is exited off of during the prospect creation.
To change the prospect's status from Draft to Inquiry, click on the blue "Update Profile" button from the prospect page.
This will prompt you through the prospect profile creation.
Click on the blue "Next" button.
When you reach the last page, hit the blue "Finish" button. This will bring you back to the prospect's page with their designated status.
**Note: You can filter the Prospect List to view any Drafts that have slipped through the cracks!**
