The AI Snapshot brings together key prospect information—life stories, activity logs, and essential profile details—into a single, real-time view. It helps your team quickly surface insights, understand engagement levels, and prioritize next steps.
AI Snapshot will automatically appear on the prospect summary page for all users with appropriate permissions in WelcomeHome.
What the AI Snapshot Includes
Each snapshot contains:
- Overview: Core prospect details and background.
- Highlights: Communication preferences, care needs, decision criteria, and key influencers.
- Next Steps: Suggested follow-ups and engagement actions based on recent activities.
Availability
AI Snapshots are available for open, active prospects only. They will not appear for closed or moved-in prospects.
Generating a Snapshot
Navigate to the Prospect Summary Page.
Locate the AI Snapshot box.
Click Generate to create a new snapshot.
You can generate one snapshot per day, per prospect.
Regenerating a Snapshot
If the Re-Generate button appears greyed out, it means:
- A snapshot has already been generated for that prospect today.
- The prospect is closed, moved in, or not yet accepted.
You can generate a new snapshot the following day.
