WelcomeHome's Marketing Touchpoints refer to any contact after initial contact or re-engagement between a community and its prospects. These touchpoints can occur across various channels and platforms, such as a community's online aggregators or created by sales counselors, and are designed to influence the customer journey and ultimately drive sales or achieve other marketing objectives.
*To Note: Marketing Touchpoints are an account feature flag. To turn on this feature, you will need to reach out and notify your Customer Success Manager.
Marketing Touchpoints on the Prospect Profile:
When Marketing Touchpoints are enabled for your community, each prospect profile will contain a tab labeled "Marketing Touchpoints."
The Marketing Touchpoints tab will display re-engaged touchpoints that have been received from the community's marketing aggregators such as HubSpot and ActiveDemand, as well as touchpoints that have been manually created.
Users can also manually add their own Marketing Touchpoints by selecting "+ Add Touchpoint." A popup box will appear to enter the Touchpoint's Lead Source, Campaign Name and the Time and Date the touchpoint occurred.
Managing Marketing Touchpoint Notifications:
If your community has Marketing Touchpoints enabled and you would like to receive notifications on Marketing Touchpoints, go to your Profile by clicking your name in the top-right corner of WelcomeHome and choose Profile from the drop-down selection.
On your Profile, go to the Notifications tab and select the section titled Marketing Touchpoint.
When a Marketing Touchpoint is Created:
- Choosing the drop-down button, you may select "None" if you don't want to receive any notifications, "Via Integration" if you only want to receive Marketing Touchpoints from Integrations, and "All" if you want to receive Marketing Touchpoints by manual creation and from Integrations.
- You have the option of selecting between the media channels of Email or Push Notifications to receive your Marketing Touchpoint notifications.
Reporting for Marketing Touchpoints:
Marketing Touchpoint Analysis:
The Marketing Touchpoint Analysis is a report for viewing specific prospects who have re-engaged within the community.
*To Note: Prospects tagged in the "None" category are every new inquiry that came into the WelcomeHome system, but they weren't re-engaged during that time period.
Marketing Touchpoint Summary:
The Marketing Touchpoint Summary is a report for viewing the total calculated re-engagements within the community.
