If you are having trouble finding the right information in a search, you might want to try resetting the search! Our filters are "sticky," so you will need to reset them to clear out any filters.
When you click into data from your Overview Boards, like New Prospects or Prospects Without Next Activity, those search results will be saved the next time you click into your prospects list.
To reset the search, you can click the "Reset Search" button in blue at the top of the screen; this will remove all filters from the list.
You can now view your unfiltered list or apply new filters to drill down your list!
