Automation rules kick in as soon as a prospect is added to the system. There are different automations for different stages and activities (see company-specific automation guide for more information).
If a prospect is moving through the pipeline very quickly and automation is not necessary, you can turn these off per prospect. Please note, not all accounts allow users to disable automations from the prospect settings.
- Click on the Prospects tab on the left side of the screen or search for the prospect using the Universal Search Bar at the top of your screen.
- Select the prospect whose automations you would like to edit/change.
- At the very bottom of the prospect profile, click the tab called "Prospect Settings"
- You'll then see a list of your company's automations. You can click to toggle all automations off at the top, or you can go through and turn off individual automations.
*Note- we recommend keeping on the "Advance To" automations as these are what pushes the prospect through to the different sales stages!
- Click "Update" to save
