Communities with Lead Creation Integrations can often have leads created as an influencer when they are actually a prospect or referrer. This capability will allow you to switch a prospect to an influencer, an influencer to a prospect, a prospect to a referrer, or an influencer to a referrer.
Note: The ability to switch prospects, influencers, and referrers will not be available if the prospect has already been synced with an EMR integration.
This can be done from both the Prospect Summary tab by choosing the 3 dots:
and the “Influencers” tab of a prospect profile by choosing the 3 dots:
If a prospect is converted to an influencer, the prospect will become blank/unknown with the newly converted influencer.
This blank prospect will retain their previous Care Type, Trigger Events, Inquiry Date, Lead Source, and Referrer.
If an influencer is converted to a prospect, all influencer-specific info is lost, but anything that is collected by both prospects and influencers will be retained.
You can also swap an existing influencer with a primary prospect.
Converting Prospects or Influencers into Referrers:
- Requirement to select an outreach organization to associate the new referrer to. If the organization does not exist, you can create it at this time.
- Prospect/influencer's name, contact information, contact preferences, and sales counselor will transfer to their new referrer profile.
- If the primary prospect is being converted to a referrer and a 2nd resident exists, the 2nd resident will now become the primary.
- If no other people are on the record, the entire record will be deleted upon transfer.
- If a prospect has a home phone and no cell phone listed, their home phone will be transferred to the referrer cell phone field.
