Some users may have the ability to delete activities in WelcomeHome should you need to. You can delete an activity from your DayPlanner or from the Prospect's activity log.
*Note: Different users have different permission levels. If you do not see the option to delete available to you, reach out to your regional/admin or support@welcomehomesoftware.com to have an activity deleted. Bulk activity deletions will require regional/admin approval before moving forward with the request.
Deleting an activity from the DayPlanner:
1. Click the three dots to the top right of the activity on your DayPlanner. Choose "Delete" from the options that appear.
Deleting an activity from the activity log:
1. From the Activities tab of a Prospect, find the activity you need to delete. Click the pencil icon to the top right of the activity.
2. You will be taken to a screen that allows you to edit details about the activity. Scroll to the bottom and you will see a "Delete Activity" in red text in the bottom left corner. Click this to delete.
