In WelcomeHome, you can schedule activities that you'd like to do in the future. To schedule an activity, you can either click the blue "Add Activity" button at the bottom right corner of your screen or navigate to the prospect/referrer profile and click "Add Activity" from the activities section.
From there, you will be asked to select "Log an Activity" or "Schedule an Activity".
Choose "Schedule an Activity".
Fill out the fields within the activity screen then click "Add". The activity will show up on your Day Planner for the day it is due.
New Prospects, which can be found in the top right-hand corner of the screen in the Day Planner, need to be Accepted or Rejected before you start working with the lead. To Accept or Reject a New Prospect click the name of the new prospect under the tab.
If unsure whether to accept or reject a lead, an activity can be scheduled with the new prospect to get more information on the lead. But once that activity is completed WelcomeHome will prompt you to either Accept or Reject the lead based on this completed activity.
You still have the option to select "I don't know yet", but the Accept or Reject Prospect notification will pop up every time you complete an activity until you Accept or Reject the New Prospect.
