WelcomeHome gives you the ability to update a prospect's unit information, so that all unit information is current and accurate.
To get to a prospect's unit information, navigate to the Prospect tab on the left side of the screen.
From the list of your prospects, find the desired prospect and open their profile.
Click on the Unit & Deposit tab on the left-hand side of their profile.
Your Unit & Deposit tab may be separated and look differently than what is shown in the above screenshot(s). If that is the case, please click the link here to understand the Unit, Deposit & Refunds workflow.
From this screen, you will be able to edit and update the prospect's Unit number, Move in date, Stay type, Monthly rate, Recurring concession, One-time concession, Concession description, and Sales counselor, and Privacy level.
Leads will no longer default to the sales counselor that had initially accepted them in WelcomeHome.
Now, WelcomeHome allows you to select and change which sales counselor successfully collected the deposit in the unit and deposit tab.
At the bottom of the unit and deposit tab, you will see a dropdown menu titled “Sales Counselor.” It will automatically default to whoever is filling it out at that time. That sales counselor will then be credited with that deposit and move-in.
If you are the sales counselor that has advanced this prospect, your name will be auto populated and you will not need to enter it. However, if you’re filling this out for a coworker, be sure to select their name from the dropdown menu so that they are credited for this sales stage advance.
Once you are done entering information, click the blue "Update" button at the bottom of the page to save the information.
Note: If you have already synced to your EMR, all unit changes will need to be made in your EMR first. Those changes will then automatically update in WelcomeHome.
