You can now use deposit types and refunds to better track your community deposits. To do this:
1. Navigate to the Prospect's page.
2. Search for the prospect you want to enter in deposit information for. Once you find them in the Prospect list, click on their name to open their prospect profile.
3. From the prospect profile, you can click on the Deposits & Refunds tab to view the available deposit types.
4. Hover over the lock icons to see what is required for the deposit fields to populate.
5. Once you know what's needed to populate these fields, you'll enter the deposit on the appropriate tab (either waitlist or unit tab).
6. With the deposit information entered, you can return to the Deposits & Refunds tab to see that logged for the prospect.
7. To log a refund, click the add refund button and enter in the amount the prospect's refund amount. Do not issue a refund that exceeds the deposit amount as this will show as money owed to the prospect. Also, do not enter a negative number in the refund field.
