There may be a time when a prospect planning on moving in changes their mind - meaning you will need to cancel the move-in for that future resident. You can do so by following these steps.
It is important to make these changes to the Resident Profile. The best way to do that is to go to your occupancy board and search for the resident whose reservation you're canceling.
Once you are on their resident profile, you will see general information about the Resident profile in the first box and the future housing contract in the second box.
Click on "Cancel Move In" and then confirm that cancellation.
You will then be taken to the Prospect's Profile and will see that they are no longer in the Move In stage.
*Note, if you need to close the prospect as the final step, click on the close button
