WelcomeHome offers Community Groups that you may assign to regionals or admins to discern their specific regions/communities. These community groups can be split down into 3 levels of subgroups as well. These groups can be selected within Reports and on the Overview page to see metrics pertaining to those communities.
From the Community Groups section within the Global Setup, add a community group using the green "New Community Group" button.
Select the communities that will be included in this community group and give it a name.
Use the "+Add Level 2 Group" to add subgroups within the selected community group.
Go even further and use the "+Add Level 3 Group" to add subgroups within the selected Level 2 community group.
Once you have added your community groups, you can select them on the Overview page and see the metrics reflected for those community groups on the Overview tiles.
