Banners allow admin to set up and display messages at the top of their team’s WelcomeHome dashboards. This can include anything from announcements, expectations for end of month reporting, or even a positive quote to uplift your team. It is completely customizable to meet your needs and goals.
Click on the profile icon and go to global set up under the drop-down menu.
On the left-hand side, click on the tab titled “Banners.”
On the right-hand side, click the green button titled “New Banner.”
In the text box, add your message.
Then, select a start and end date. While a start date is required, an end date is not. Keep in mind that a blank end date signifies that the message will never expire.
In the next text box, select the number of days that you would like the banner to reappear after closing. Note: every banner has an “x” so that it can be closed out of. This field will allow you to input the date range in which the banner will reappear after it has been closed. For example, if we entered “1” into the text box, the banner would reappear on your team’s dashboard 1 day after that had initially closed it.
Once you are done entering information, click the blue "Create Message" button at the bottom of the page to save the information.
Your banner will now be displayed at the top of the page!
