In Global Setup, navigate to 'Goals'. You have the ability to add in goals for every single community in one screen.
You can also set an overall goal and it will apply to all communities.
You can also set goals by care type. Although you have this option, we know that in most cases you are setting goals at a community level. So if you want a specific community to have goals by care type you can set that. These overall goals can be adjusted each month.
You can also set monthly goals for individual communities. These community monthly goals can also be applied if you choose to differentiate by care type.
You can send these to your Customer Success Manager and they can update this for you, as well.
Lastly, once you've set the goal, and can view these goals on the Overview page. In the Occupancy tile you can use the drop down menu to see the care type goals.
