The Sales Conversions dashboard provides a month-to-date view of key conversion metrics across your sales funnel. It helps teams quickly assess performance against goals and identify areas that may need attention. The new widget shows desired sales funnel ratios with current performance, goal comparisons, and prior period comparisons all in one place. Users can toggle between All Inquiries and New Inquiries, and clicking Analyze jumps directly to the Lead Source Analysis report with filters already applied.

The widget includes a toggle in the top right that allows users to switch between two views (See Figure 2).
- All Inquiries (default) – Includes all leads with activity or stage advances during the selected date range, regardless of when the inquiry was created.
- New Inquiries – Includes only activities and stage advances tied to inquiries created during the selected date range.
Users can select the following date ranges, matching the existing Sales Funnel widget:

If more than three ratios are configured, users can expand the widget by selecting View All at the bottom(See Figure 2).
Selecting Analyze opens the Lead Source Analysis report with the same date range and inquiry toggle applied. If a conversion ratio column is not currently visible in the report, it will automatically be enabled so users can analyze that metric immediately.
